近二十年来,世界卫生组织(WHO)将多次新发和再发的病毒性传染疫情列为“全球突发公共卫生事件”。安全高效的抗病毒药物在重大传染病疫情防控中尤为重要。多肽药物由于其特异性好、毒性低安全性好、易于化学修饰等特点,其在抗病毒中具有广阔的应用前景。文章就多肽在病毒感染性疾病中的研究现状进行综述。

For nearly two decades,there have been multiple emerging and re-emerging viral infectious disease epidemics classified by the World Health Organization(WHO)as"global public health emergencies."Safe and efficient antiviral drugs are particularly important in the prevention and control of major infectious diseases.Due to its good specificity,low toxicity,good safety and easy chemical modification,polypeptide drugs have broad application prospects in antiviral.This article reviews the research status of polypeptides in viral infectious diseases.
