贯彻党的二十大绿色发展观 探索面向岗位的高职环评课程模块化改革

Implementing the Philosophy of Green Development of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Exploring the Post-Oriented Modular Reform of Environmental Impact Assessment Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

环境影响评价制度是推动我国经济绿色发展的重要法律手段,但目前高职院校环境影响评价课程的教学中普遍存在教学模式相对单一、理论与实践教学脱节、校企合作深度不足和思政教育严重缺乏等问题,难以支撑学生环境咨询服务方向的就业能力。以环境影响评价职业岗位为指引实施教学改革,重构模块化课程体系,强化课程实践教学,深化校企合作育人,注重学生绿色发展理念培养,以成果为导向改革考核评价体系。通过2年的教学实践结果表明:60%以上的学生能达到课程教学目标,切实提升环评专业技能,绿色发展观念和环境法治意识深入人心,对学生未来职业发展有重要意义。

The environmental impact assessment system is an important legal means to promote the green development of China's economy.However,at present,there are problems in the teaching of environmental impact assessment courses,such as the relatively single teaching mode,disconnection between theoretical and practical teaching,the superficial depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises and the serious lack of ideological and political education,which are difficult to support students'employability in the direction of environmental consulting services.This paper implements teaching reform under the guidance of the vocational positions of environmental impact assessment,reconstructs the modular course system,strengthens the practice teaching of the curriculum,deepens school-enterprise cooperation education,pays attention to the cultivation of students'philosophy of green development,and reforms the assessment and evaluation system based on results.Through two years of teaching practice,the results indicate that more than 60%of students can achieve the teaching objectives of the course,which effectively improves the professional skills of environmental impact assessment,and that the philosophy of green development and environmental legal awareness are deeply rooted in the hearts of students,which is of great significance to their future career development.
