基于煤矿信息系统数字化运维的设计与实践

摘要 为助力煤矿运维服务企业实现设备的数字化、信息化、智能化管理,规范工作流程,实现无纸化办公,提高工作效率,提升煤矿效益,促进高质量发展,韩家湾智维中心以Android系统作为开发平台,将日常运维管理工作过程软件化、系统化。中心对矿用设备采用全生命周期的管理方法,将运维服务管理与精细化管理思想相融合,引入物联网技术,实现设备状态的实时监控与故障预警。实践表明,智能化运维ILCM App的设计,可以提高韩家湾智维中心自动化、信息化和智能化水平,为煤矿运维企业实现标准化作业起到一定的指导作用。 In order to help coal mine operation and maintenance service enterprises realize the digital,information and intelligent management of equipment,standardize work processes,achieve paperless office,improve work efficiency,enhance the efficiency of coal mines and promote high-quality development,the Hanjiawan Intelligent Maintenance Center uses the Android system as the development platform to softwareize and systematize the daily operation and maintenance management process.The center adopts the whole life cycle method to manage mining equipment,integrates operation and maintenance service management with the fine management idea,and introduces Internet of Things technology,so as to realize the real-time monitoring and fault warning of equipment status.Practice shows that the design of the intelligent operation and maintenance ILCM App can improve the automation,information and intelligent level of the Hanjiawan Intelligent Maintenance Center,and play a certain guiding role for the standardized operation of coal mine operation and maintenance enterprises.
