摘要
层间胶结性能差是目前我国公路建设中的一种重要病害。本项目以成南高速为研究对象,以四川成南高速扩容9标为研究对象,利用凿毛台车,在试件表面进行喷砂打毛及凿毛台车凿毛,检测混凝土基面露骨率、构造深度及摆型摩擦因子,并通过剪切仪、拉拔仪等仪器对其层间剪切及抗拉性能进行测定,比较两种加固方式的经济性。研究发现,凿毛机钻削后,其凿毛界面的出骨比例大于85%,结构厚度为1.17mm,抗剪强度为0.8MPa,抗拉强度为0.54MPa,比传统的喷砂工艺有明显提高。对于混凝土的界面改性,不能使用摆型的摩擦因数进行评估。采用凿毛工艺可消除表层悬浮物,提高了接触面的粗糙度和层间结合的效率,达到了良好的打毛效果,同时也提高了产品的经济性。
Poor interlayer bonding performance is an important disease in current highway construction in China.This project takes Chengnan expressway as the research object,and Sichuan Chengnan expressway Expansion Section 9 as the research object.Using a chiseling trolley,sandblasting and chiseling are carried out on the surface of the specimen,and the chiseling trolley is used to detect the exposed bone rate,structural depth,and pendulum friction factor of the concrete base surface.The interlayer shear and tensile properties are measured using instruments such as shear and pull-out instruments,and the economic feasibility of the two reinforcement methods is compared.Research has found that after drilling with a chiseling machine,the proportion of bone formation at the chiseling interface is greater than 85%,the structural thickness is 1.17mm,the shear strength is 0.8MPa,and the tensile strength is 0.54MPa,which is significantly improved compared to traditional sandblasting technology.For the interface modification of concrete,the friction coefficient of the pendulum cannot be used for evaluation.The use of chiseling technology can eliminate surface suspended solids,improve the roughness of the contact surface,improve the efficiency of interlayer bonding,achieve good roughening effect,and also improve the economy of the product.
