新零售背景下生鲜产品物流终端配送模式研究——基于生鲜产品终端配送优化理论

摘要 电子商务的飞速发展给传统零售业带来了巨大的冲击,新零售的提出与国家政策的支持,促使传统零售业向线上转型。由于新冠疫情的影响,人们将购买生鲜的主要渠道从线下超市转移到线上购买。生鲜产品的易腐性和时效性对配送水平提出了更高的要求。文章主要从新零售背景下的生鲜电商终端配送模式入手,首先对生鲜产品、物流终端配送模式及新零售进行了介绍,随后对四种适合新零售的终端配送模式进行了对比分析,通过分析发现生鲜配送中可能出现的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,最后以永辉超市为例进行具体分析。 The rapid development of e-commerce has brought a huge impact on the traditional retail industry.The proposal of new retail and the support of national policies have promoted the transformation of traditional retail industry to online.Due to the impact of the COVID-19,people have shifted the main channel for buying fresh food from offline supermarkets to online shopping.The perishability and timeliness of fresh products put forward higher requirements for the distribution level.This article mainly starts with the fresh e-commerce terminal distribution mode under the new retail background,first introduces the fresh products,logistics terminal distribution mode and new retail,then compares and analyzes four terminal distribution modes suitable for new retail,finds out the possible problems in the fresh distribution through analysis,and puts forward corresponding solutions,and finally uses Yonghui supermarket as an example for specific analysis.
