基于数字孪生技术的物流服务资源抉择问题研究

Research on Logistics Service Resource Choice Based on Digital Twins Technology

由于物流需求不断升级,物流服务的质量也在不断提高,物流成本也会随之升高。如何提高物流服务质量,降低物流成本,是物流行业发展过程中的重点。为了降本增效以及提高物流服务资源的协同性和动态性抉择,文章提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的物流资源动态抉择的决策方法,构建了基于数字孪生的物流服务资源动态抉择决策架构,在此基础上,融入了基于实时Multi-Agent的资源抉择决策多方协同机制,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,对候选资源进行评估抉择。将该方法应用于H物流公司的物流服务中,对物流流程中的仓储服务资源进行动态抉择,验证所提方法的可行性与有效性。

As the demand for logistics is constantly upgraded,the quality of logistics services is also constantly improved,and the cost of logistics will also rise.How to improve the quality of logistics service and reduce the cost of logistics is the key point in the development process of logistics industry.In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency and improve the coordination and dynamic choice of logistics service resources,this paper proposes a decision-making method of dynamic choice of logistics resources based on digital twins,and constructs a decision-making framework of dynamic choice of logistics service resources based on digital twins.On this basis,a real-time Multi-Agent based multi-party collaborative mechanism for resource decision making is integrated.AHP is used to calculate index weights and evaluate and choose candidate resources.This method is applied to the logistics service of H logistics company,and the dynamic selection of warehousing service resources in the logistics process is carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
