生鲜农产品冷链物流发展现状与优化策略研究——以徐州市为例

Research on the Development Status and Optimization Strategy of Cold Chain Logistics of Fresh Agricultural Products——Take Xuzhou City as an Example

近年来,随着乡村振兴的深入和生鲜电商的飞速发展,生鲜农产品的市场需求量日益扩大,给冷链物流业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,优化生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展逐渐成为实务界和理论界聚焦的问题。文章以淮海经济区农业大市——徐州市为研究对象,实际分析徐州市生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展条件和发展现状,讨论冷链物流实际需求与发展现状的矛盾,并提出了针对性优化发展建议,旨在推动徐州市生鲜农产品冷链物流的高质量发展。

In recent years,with the deepening of rural revitalization and the rapid development of fresh e-commerce,the market demand for fresh agricultural products has been expanding,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of cold chain logistics industry,and optimizing the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products has gradually become a problem focused on in practical and theoretical circles.Taking Xuzhou City,a major agricultural city in Huaihai economic zone,as the research object,this paper actually analyzes the development conditions and development status of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Xuzhou City,discusses the contradiction between the actual demand and development status of cold chain logistics,and puts forward targeted optimization development suggestions,aiming to promote the high-quality development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Xuzhou City.
