摘要
以线性体羟基硅油、乳化剂、硅烷偶联剂为主要原料,加水乳化后,在30~40 MPa压力下经匀质制成硅乳液。采用低温催化聚合反应制成基础硅树脂,经中和、增稠后,加入交联及催化组分,即得到一种织物用水性有机硅高弹涂层胶。考察了乳化剂用量、偶联剂用量、交联及催化体系对织物涂层后的弹性、抗皱性及牢度的影响。结果表明,水性有机硅高弹胶具有良好的弹性,涂层后可以有效提升织物的回弹性、抗皱性能。
With linear hydroxyl silicone oil,emulsifier and silane coupling agent as the main raw materials,the sili⁃cone lotion is prepared by homogenization under the pressure of 30-40 MPa after emulsification with water.Using low-tem⁃perature catalytic polymerization reaction to produce basic silicone resin,after neutralization and thickening,crosslinking and catalytic components are added to obtain a water-based organic silicon high elastic coating adhesive for fabrics.The ef⁃fects of emulsifier dosage,coupling agent dosage,crosslinking and catalytic system on the elasticity,wrinkle resistance,and fastness of fabric coating were investigated.The results indicate that this water-based organic silicon high elastic adhesive has good elasticity,and after coating,it can effectively improve the resilience and wrinkle resistance of the fabric.
