摘要
互联网信息时代,数字化人才招聘及管理已经成为企业人力资源的主要职责。因此,文章将人工智能技术引入人力资源管理体系,对具体的功能需求、设计及实现方式进行系统探讨,并形成基于人才行为、能力与岗位需求之间的匹配度推荐模型,以期为人力资源的数据整合及企业人力资源管理决策提供参考。
In the internet information era,digital talent recruitment and management has become the main responsibility of enterprise human resources.Therefore,this paper introduces AI technology into the human resource management system,systematically discusses the specific functional requirements,design and implementation methods,and forms a recommendation model based on the matching between talent behavior,ability and job requirements.It is hoped to provide reference for human resource data integration and enterprise human resource management decision-making.
