摘要
在产业升级及信息化建设的背景下,矿山企业在机电一体化基础上进行智能控制系统建设势在必行。文章首先回顾了矿山机电设备的升级路线,并提出了当前的智能化需求;其次对当前的智能控制体系的应用类型进行总结,并分析了各自在矿山中应用的优缺点;最后,对智能控制系统在矿山机电一体化中的应用进行分析,重点对智能控制在数控、生产和点检中的应用进行讨论,旨在为智能化控制的加速落地提供理论指导。
Under the background of industrial upgrading and information construction,it is imperative for mining enterprises to build intelligent control system on the basis of mechatronics.This paper first reviews the upgrading route of mine electromechanical equipment,and puts forward the current intelligent demand;secondly,the application types of the current intelligent control system are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of each application in the mine are analyzed;finally,the application of intelligent control system in mine mechatronics is analyzed,and the application of intelligent control in numerical control,production and point inspection is discussed,aiming at providing theoretical guidance for the acceleration of intelligent control.
