摘要
文章以茂名港博贺新港区东区油品码头工程为主要研究对象,介绍了超长钢管桩沉桩施工工艺在其中的应用。该工程的主墩和辅助墩位于江中,导致大型打桩船无法进入施工区域,施工难度较大。然而,通过改造打桩船性能、控制钢管桩制作工艺及优化沉桩施工工艺等措施,成功保证了钢管桩的施工。施工实践证明,沉桩施工方案可行,并顺利完成了施工任务,为后续的工程施工提供了保障。
This paper takes the East Oil Wharf project of Bohe Xingang District,Maoming Port as the main research object,and introduces the application of the construction technology of ultra-long steel pipe pile in it.The main pier and auxiliary pier of this project are located in the river,which makes it difficult for large pile drivers to enter the construction area.However,the construction of steel pipe piles is ensured successfully by modifying the performance of pile driving ship,controlling the production technology of steel pipe piles and optimizing the construction technology of pile sinking.The construction practice proves that the piling construction scheme is feasible,and the construction task is successfully completed,which provides a guarantee for the subsequent engineering construction.
