摘要
文章针对我国水资源紧缺及废水乱排放问题,探讨了紫外线杀菌在工业产水中的应用。首先介绍中压紫外线杀菌原理、系统组成和杀菌流程,然后通过取样测试杀菌效果和运行效果。测试结果表明,中压紫外线杀菌改造后,水中细菌总数杀灭率在99%以上,再生水菌落和水处理菌落数明显降低,可忽略不计。
In view of the shortage of water resources and disorderly discharge of wastewater in China,the application of ultraviolet sterilization in industrial water was discussed.Firstly,the sterilization principle,system composition and sterilization process of medium pressure UV are introduced,and then the sterilization effect and operation effect are tested by sampling.The test results showed that the kill rate of total bacteria in water was more than 99%,and the number of bacterial colonies in reclaimed water and water treatment was significantly reduced,which could be ignored.
