真空预压地基处理施工技术应用研究

摘要 该工程项目由一栋厂房、一栋分拨中心、两栋仓库、一栋研发办公楼、一栋倒班宿舍、平台坡道及站房、门卫、垃圾棚组成。综合考虑场地施工功能要求、对周边建筑物的影响及地质条件,对该工程用地采用分区设计地基处理。场地大部分地块采用真空联合堆载(覆水)预压加固处理,东侧停车位三角地块采用换填碾压加固,东侧坡道北侧及西侧采用水泥土搅拌桩加固。 This project consists of a factory building,a distribution center,two warehouses,a research and development office building,a shift dormitory,a platform ramp and station building,a guard room,and a garbage shed.Considering the functional requirements of the site construction,the impact on surrounding buildings,and geological conditions,the land used for this project is treated with a partitioned design foundation.Most of the plot on the site is reinforced with vacuum combined loading(water covering)preloading.The triangular plot of the parking space on the east side is reinforced with replacement and rolling.The north and west sides of the east slope are reinforced with cement soil mixing piles.
