免疫检查点糖基化修饰在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展

摘要 现有研究表明,免疫检查点参与肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,对恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗抵抗起重要作用。糖基化是蛋白质的翻译后修饰过程,参与调控细胞和组织中蛋白质的定位、功能和活性。免疫检查点蛋白可通过糖基化修饰增强蛋白自身稳定性,促进免疫逃逸且对免疫检查点蛋白表达的检测及免疫治疗疗效的评估造成干扰。本文对免疫检查点糖基化修饰与肿瘤免疫治疗的相关研究进展作一综述,旨在为恶性肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗策略提供新的思路。 Objective Existing studies have shown that the participation of immune checkpoints promotes immune escape of tumors in the body,and plays an important role in the occurrence,development and treatment resistance of malignant tumors.Glycosylation is a post-translational modification process of proteins involved in regulating the localization,function and activity of proteins in cells and tissues.Immunotherapy for immune checkpoints has opened a whole new way for the treatment of malignant tumors.The study found that glycosylation modification occurred in immune checkpoints protein,its stability in immune checkpoints protein,binding regulation,immune surveillance regulation,tumor tissue immune checkpoints protein expression evaluation,and immunotherapy efficacy prediction play a very critical role.This review aims to review the glycosylated of immune checkpoints in immunotherapy-related research and provides new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and therapeutic strategies of malignant tumors.
