摘要
针对双轿厢电梯在井道运行过程中的水平耦合振动问题,基于伯努利湍流理论和多体动力学理论,建立了井道-双轿厢气固耦合动力学模型,研究耦合振动响应规律,对比分析电梯的水平振动加速度在时域和频域上的变化,并利用实梯试验验证了该模型的可行性,为探索井道-双轿厢高速电梯气固耦合振动响应研究提供了有效方法。
Regarding the coupling vibration problem of double car elevators during shaft operation,a gas-solid coupling dynamic model of a shaft double elevator is established to study the coupling vibration response law based on Bernoulli turbulence theory and multi-body dynamics theory.The changes in the horizontal vibration acceleration of elevators in the time and frequency domains are compared and analyzed.The feasibility of the model and method is verified through real elevator experiments,which provides an effective method for exploring the gas-solid coupling vibration response research of high-speed elevators in shafts double elevator.
