摘要
当前,国家正大力支持人工智能产业发展,加强人工智能等新一代信息技术在建筑领域中的融合应用。本研究围绕生成式人工智能在建筑工程项目管理中的应用进行深入分析,特别是在进度管理、质量管理和安全管理这三个核心领域。通过对现有技术的探讨、案例研究的分析以及技术在实际工程项目中的应用评估,本文揭示了生成式人工智能如何有效提升建筑项目的管理效率、改进设计质量、以及优化安全监管策略。展望未来,生成式人工智能将成为推动建筑工程项目管理创新和发展的重要力量。
Presently,China is vigorously supporting the development of the artificial intelligence industry and strengthening the integration and application of next-generation information technologies like artificial intelligence within the field of construction.This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the application of generative artificial intelligence in the management of construction engineering projects,specifically focusing on the core areas of schedule management,quality management,and safety management.Through the exploration of existing technologies,analysis of case studies,and the evaluation of technology applications in actual engineering projects,this paper reveals how generative artificial intelligence can effectively enhance the managerial efficiency of construction projects,improve design quality,and optimize safety supervision strategies.Looking ahead,generative artificial intelligence is poised to become a significant force in driving innovation and development in construction project management.
