钢管混凝土拱桥吊杆张拉顺序对结构受力的影响

摘要 吊杆张拉是钢管混凝土拱桥施工中的重要环节,吊杆的张拉顺序不同会对结构内力分布及变形产生不同的影响。为了研究吊杆张拉顺序对钢管混凝土拱桥结构受力的影响,以新建轻纺城大桥主桥为工程背景,借助有限元软件建立桥梁三维仿真模型,对比分析了三种吊杆张拉顺序下的结构变形和内力变化规律。计算结果表明,从跨中对称向两端张拉是吊杆张拉施工的最优方案。 The tension of boom cable is an important link in the construction of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge.The internal force distribution and deformation of the structure will be affected by the different tension order of boom cable.In order to study the influence of the tension sequence of boom cable on the structural stress of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge,a 3D simulation model of the new built Qinfangcheng Bridge is built by the finite element software,analyzed the law of change of displacement and internal force of the structure under three kinds of boom cable tension sequence.The results show that stretch symmetrically from the middle of the span to the both ends is the best scheme for the construction of the boom cable.
