摘要
公共文化治理是一种文化治理,隶属于国家治理现代化体系,蕴含着“国家—社会”意义。公共性是公共文化与旅游业的有效连接点。在现代社会,旅游业逐渐呈现出文化消费的特征。从文化符号学来看,旅游景观并不是单纯的物质风景,它作为媒介是可以被表征与建构的。公共文化可以也有必要对旅游景观予以治理。公共文化可从生态、认同、审美向度对旅游景观施以影响,从而实现对旅游景观的人文生态规划、政治意识形态规引和审美艺术形构,推进旅游经济的可持续发展,不断满足民众日益增长的文化旅游需求。
Public cultural governance is a kind of cultural governance which belongs to the modern national governance system and contains the meaning of state-society.Public feature is an effective connection point between public culture and tourism.In the modern society,tourism has gradually shown the characteristics of cultural consumption.From the perspective of cultural semiotics,tourism landscape is not a simple material landscape,but something that can be characterized and constructed as a medium.Public culture,which is necessary to govern the tourism landscape,can exert an influence on the tourism landscape from the aspects of ecology,identification and aesthetic dimensions.This will help realize the cultural ecological planning,the regulation of political ideology and the structure of aesthetic art,promote the sustainable development of tourism economy,and constantly meet the people's growing needs for cultural tourism.
