摘要
超快速动态增强MRI(UF-DCE MRI)是一种在不降低空间分辨率的情况下,以较高时间分辨率获取病变早期动态信息的新方法。从UF-DCE MRI获得的动力学参数能够帮助鉴别乳腺的良恶性病变和评估乳腺癌的预后标志物。本文介绍了应用于UF-DCE MRI的技术及其动力学参数,阐述了其在乳腺癌中的应用,并对这项新技术的研究趋势进行展望。
Ultrafast dynamic contrast-enhanced(UF-DCE)MRI is a new method to obtain early dynamic information on lesions at high temporal resolution without reducing spatial resolution.The kinetic parameters obtained from UF-DCE MRI can help identify benign and malignant lesions of breast and evaluate prognostic markers of breast cancer.In this paper,the technology and kinetic parameters of UF-DCE MRI are described,its application in breast cancer and the research trend of this new technology are discussed.
