非遗人才助力河北乡村特色文化产业发展研究

Research on Intangible Cultural Heritage Talents Supporting the Development of Hebei’s Characteristic Rural Cultural Industry

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,以非遗为资源的乡村文化产业逐渐成为乡村经济发展新的增长点,而基层政府部门重视程度不够、乡村本土非遗人才供需失衡、非遗文化认同感不足、人才综合素质偏低等一系列问题限制了乡村非遗产业发展。文章结合河北省省情,对乡村振兴背景下“非遗”传承保护及人才培养做深入系统分析,提出乡村本土非遗人才开发的具体路径措施,助力乡村振兴战略的实施。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural cultural industry based on intangible cultural heritage as the resources has gradually become a new growth point for rural economic development.However,a series of problems such as inadequate attention from grassroots government,imbalanced supply and demand of intangible cultural heritage talents in rural areas,insufficient cultural identity to intangible cultural heritage,and low comprehensive quality of talents have greatly hindered the development of rural intangible cultural heritage industry.This paper conducts an in-depth and systematic analysis of the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage and talent cultivation in light of the situation of Hebei Province under the background of rural revitalization,puts forward specific measures of paths for developing local intangible cultural heritage talents in rural areas,providing decision-making reference for Hebei’s making use of intangible cultural heritage to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
