中国数字经济与工业绿色发展的耦合协调发展分析

摘要 为分析中国数字经济和工业绿色发展的耦合协调程度,文章利用耦合协调度模型和Dagum基尼系数分析区域耦合协调度和区域差异。结果显示,我国数字经济与工业绿色发展的耦合协调度基本上呈现上升趋势,整体上处于濒临和勉强协调的等级。区域间差异是耦合协调度差异的主要来源,并呈现下降趋势。文章提出分析影响区域耦合协调度的空间误差模型(SEM),发现区域经济水平、城镇化水平、研发强度对耦合协调度有正向的影响,而政府干预度、产业结构高级化呈现负向的影响。为提高数字经济和工业绿色发展的协调程度,从加强西部地区基础设施建设、优化产业结构、推动数字技术对工业的绿色化改造和区域差异化施策等方面提出建议。 To analyze the degree of coupling coordination between China’s digital economy and industrial green development,this paper uses a coupling coordination degree model and Dagum Gini coefficient to analyze the regional coupling coordination degree and regional differences.The results show that the coupling coordination degree between China’s digital economy and industrial green development is basically on the rise,and overall,it is on the brink of and barely coordinated level.Regional differences are the main source of coupling coordination differences and show a decreasing trend.This paper puts forward a spatial error model(SEM)to analyze the impact of regional coupling coordination,and finds that regional economic level,urbanization level,and R&D intensity have a positive impact on coupling coordination,while government intervention and industrial structure upgrading have a negative impact.To promote the coordination between digital economy and industrial green development,this paper puts forward suggestions from strengthening the infrastructure construction in the western region,optimizing the industrial structure,promoting digital technology’s green transformation of industry,and implementing differentiated regional policies.
