家庭亲密度对服刑人员犯罪态度的影响:相对剥夺感与心理健康的链式中介效应

Effect of family closeness on criminal attitudes among inmates:Chain-mediated effects of relative deprivation and mental health

目的:探讨家庭亲密度和服刑人员犯罪态度的关系以及相对剥夺感和心理健康在其中的作用机制。方法:采用家庭亲密度量表、犯罪态度问卷、相对剥夺感问卷和一般健康问卷对216名服刑人员进行调查。结果:①相关分析显示,服刑人员家庭亲密度与其相对剥夺感、一般健康、犯罪态度均显著相关(r=-0.355,-0.358,-0.478;P<0.001);服刑人员相对剥夺感与其心理健康、犯罪态度显著正相关(r=0.409,0.541;P<0.001);服刑人员心理健康与其犯罪态度显著正相关(r=0.457,P<0.001)。②相对剥夺感(β=-0.64,P<0.001)和一般心理健康(β=-0.21,P<0.01)在家庭亲密度和犯罪态度间的单独中介作用显著;③相对剥夺感与一般心理健康在家庭亲密度和犯罪态度间的链式中介作用显著(β=-0.1153,P<0.001)。结论:家庭亲密度不仅可以通过相对剥夺感和一般心理健康的独立中介作用影响犯罪态度,还可以通过相对剥夺感、一般心理健康的链式中介效应影响犯罪态度。本研究有助于理解服刑人员的犯罪心理机制,为犯罪预防和干预提供依据。

Objective:To explore the relationship between family closeness and criminal attitudes of inmates and the mechanism of relative deprivation and mental health in it.Methods:A total of 216 inmates were surveyed using the Family Intimacy Scale,the Criminal Attitude Questionnaire,the Relative Deprivation Questionnaire and the General Health Questionnaire.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that family closeness of inmates was significantly correlated with their sense of relative deprivation,general health,and criminal attitudes(r=-0.355,-0.358,-0.478;P<0.001);There were significantly positive correlations between inmates'sense of relative deprivation and their mental health,and criminal attitudes(r=0.409,0.541;P<0.001);There was a significantly positive correlation between the mental health of inmates and their attitude toward crime(r=0.457;P<0.001).②Relative deprivation(β=-0.64,P<0.001)and general mental health(β=-0.21,P<0.01)had a significant separate mediating effect between family closeness and criminal attitudes;③Relative deprivation and general mental health had a significant chain mediating effect between family closeness and criminal attitudes(β=-0.1153,P<0.001).Conclusion:Family closeness can affect criminal attitudes not only through the independent mediating effects of relative deprivation and general mental health,but also through the chain mediating effects of relative deprivation and general mental health.This study helps to understand the mechanism of criminal psychology of inmates and provides a basis for crime prevention and intervention.
