情绪调节干预对消毒供应中心护士心理负担和自我效能的影响

摘要 目的:探究情绪调节干预对消毒供应中心护士心理负担和自我效能的影响。方法:以2020年11月-2022年11月于某院消毒供应中心工作的80例护士为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例予以常规心理干预,研究组40例在对照组基础上施于情绪调节干预,评估两组护士干预前后心理负担、心理韧性、自我效能、职业倦怠感及团队协作能力,并评价两组对干预的满意度。结果:干预后,两组中文版压力负荷量表(SOS)中个体脆弱性、事件负荷评分均降低,且研究组各评分低于对照组(t=-8.570,-5.845;P<0.05);干预后,两组护士心理韧性量表(CD-RISC-10)及一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分均升高,且研究组各评分高于对照组(t=4.308,3.615;P<0.05);干预后,两组护士Maslach职业倦怠调查普适量表(MBI-GS)中情感耗竭、消极怠慢评分均下降,个人成就感评分均升高,且研究组各评分变化幅度较对照组更显著(t=-5.730,-4.812,4.835;P<0.05);干预后,两组护士团队协作能力量表各维度评分均升高,且研究组各评分高于对照组(t=5.831,5.663,7.593,5.857;P<0.05);研究组的干预满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.646,P<0.05)。结论:情绪调节干预对消毒供应中心护士的应用效果显著,可有效减轻其心理负担,提升其心理韧性及自我效能,减轻职业倦怠感,增强其团队协作能力。 Objective:To explore the effect of emotion regulation intervention on psychological burden and self-efficacy of nurses in sterile supply center.Methods:A total of 80 nurses who worked in the disinfection supply center of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group(n=40)was given routine psychological intervention,while the study group(n=40)was given emotion regulation intervention based on the control group.The psychological burden,psychological resilience,self-efficacy,job burnout and team cooperation ability of the nurses in the two groups were evaluated before and after the intervention,and the satisfaction of the two groups to the intervention was evaluated.Results:After intervention,the scores of individual vulnerability and event load in Chinese version of stress load scale(SOS)were decreased in both groups,and the scores in study group were lower than those in control group(t=-8.570,-5.845;P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of CD-RISC-10 and GSES were increased in both groups,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.308,3.615;P<0.05).In that two group,the scores of emotional exhaustion and negative neglect in the Maslach burnout survey(MBI-GS)were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of personal accomplishment were higher than those in the control group(t=-5.730,-4.812,4.835;P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the nurses'team cooperation ability scale in the two groups increased,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(t=5.831,5.663,7.593,5.857;P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.646,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emotion regulation intervention on nurses in disinfection supply center has significant effect,which can effectively reduce their psychological burden,enhance their psychological resilience and self-efficacy,reduce job burnout,and enhance their team cooperation ability.
