沙棘籽油纳米乳的制备、质量评价及其抗氧化活性研究

摘要 研究沙棘籽油纳米乳的制备方法,并对其进行质量评价和抗氧化活性研究。采用伪三元相图法筛选出沙棘籽油纳米乳配方,通过测定其理化性质、抗氧化活性等对制备的沙棘籽油纳米乳进行评价。结果显示:得到沙棘籽油纳米乳最佳配方为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯∶Tween-80∶无水乙醇∶沙棘籽油∶水=3.18%∶9.55%∶3.18%∶6.37%∶77.72%。平均粒径为(17.14±0.23)nm,平均多分散系数为0.457±0.023,平均Ze Ta电位为(-8.76±0.76)mV,平均折光率为1.402±0.123,平均p H为5.04±0.21。在常温储存、离心、稀释、冻存后均具有较好的稳定性。且对超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基和羟自由基均有清除作用。以上研究表明沙棘籽油纳米乳具有较好的稳定性和抗氧化活性,有助于为开发沙棘籽油功能产品提供新的研究思路。 To study the preparation,quality evaluation and antioxidant activity of sea buckthorn seed oil nano-emulsion(SSON).Pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to screen the formulation of SSON,and its physicochemical properties and antioxidant activity were evaluated.The results showed that the optimal formulation of SSON was as follows:isopropyl myristate(IPM)∶tween-80∶absolute ethanol∶sea buckthorn seed oil∶water=3.18%∶9.55%∶3.18%∶6.37%∶77.72%.The SSON average particle diameter was(17.14±0.23)nm,average polydispersity was 0.457±0.023,average ZeTa potential was(-8.76±0.76)mV,the average refractive index was 1.402±0.123,and the average pH was 5.04±0.21.It had good stability when being storaged at room temperature,centrifugated,diluted and frozen.It could scavenge superoxide anion radical,DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical.The results showed that the SSON had good stability and antioxidant activity,the paper is helpful for developing new research ideas of sea buckthorn seed oil functional products.
