内置式保温一体化体系施工技术研究与应用

摘要 建筑节能是国家节约能源政策的重要措施之一,影响建筑能耗最主要的因素是外墙围护结构的保温隔热性能,通过减少建筑采暖和空调所需热(冷)负荷,提升能源利用率。JGJ/T 451-2018《内置保温现浇混凝土复合剪力墙技术标准》于2019年实施并推广应用,与其他保温形式相比,内置式保温一体化体系具有综合成本低、与建筑同寿命、无脱落及易燃隐患等技术优势。论文依托于实体项目,系统性总结民用建筑外墙保温一体化技术的实施方案,解决现浇混凝土剪力墙内置复合保温施工过程中的构造难点及质量通病,为建筑外墙保温节能的技术进步起到积极的推动作用。 Building energy conservation is one of the important measures of the national energy conservation policy,the main factor affecting building energy consumption is the thermal insulation performance of the exterior wall enclosure structure.By reducing the heat(cold)load required for building heating and air conditioning,energy utilization efficiency can be improved.The JGJ/T 451-2018“Technical Standards for Built in Insulation Cast in situ Concrete Composite Shear Walls”issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development were implemented and promoted in 2019.Compared with other insulation forms,the integrated system of built-in insulation has technical advantages such as low comprehensive cost,the same lifespan as the building,no detachment and flammable hazards.This article relies on physical projects and systematically summarizes the implementation plan of the integrated technology for external wall insulation in civil buildings,solve the structural difficulties and quality common problems in the construction process of cast-in-place concrete shear walls with built-in composite insulation,and play a positive role in promoting the technological progress of building exterior wall insulation and energy conservation.
