摘要
梁下设置构造柱,由于跟楼板之间有很大空间,常规保证构造柱混凝土浇筑密实的方法为在侧面加设喇叭口,后期剔凿喇叭口内混凝土保证构造柱混凝土质量。板下设置构造柱却因为没有操作空间无法使用该方法,浇筑出的构造柱柱顶无法密实。论文在原有基础上进行改进,设计出一种解决该问题的浇筑装置,在解决施工难题、保证施工质量的同时,减少混凝土用量,降低人工剔凿成本。
Structural column are set under the beam,because there is a large space directly with the floor slab,the conventional method to ensure the concrete pouring of the structural column is to add a flared mouth on the side,and the concrete in the flared mouth is chiseled later to ensure the quality of the concrete of the structural column.However,the method could not be used because there was no operating space for the structural column under the plate,and the top of the poured structural column could not be compacted。On the basis of the original improvement,a pouring device to solve this problem is designed,which solves the construction problem,ensures the construction quality,reduces the amount of concrete and reduces the cost of manual chiseling.
