摘要
工程总承包模式是推进建筑业转型升级的重要举措,装配式建筑是建筑工业化的必经之路。目前,装配式建筑项目被大范围、大规模地推广使用,装配式住宅已经逐渐成为我国的主要住宅。在EPC模式下,通常能够结合设计、采购以及施工等阶段进行全面管理和控制,在动态化的管理形势下将装配式建筑成本降到最低,为效益的提升奠定良好的基础。论文通过山水春城工程项目实例,具体分析在EPC模式下装配式住宅项目成本控制及施工管理,并具体给出一些较为有用的建议,可为类似装配式住宅项目实现降本增效作参考。
Engineering Procurement Construction mode is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industry,and prefabricated construction is the only way to industrialization of construction.Nowadays,assembly-type building projects have been widely used in a large range and large-scale,and assembly-type housing has gradually become a main residence of our country.In EPC mode,comprehensive management and control can be carried out in combination with design,procurement and construction phases,so as to minimize the cost of prefabricated construction under dynamic management situation and lay a good foundation for the improvement of benefits.Based on the example of Shanshui Chuncheng project,this paper analyzes the cost control and construction management of prefabricated residential projects under EPC mode,and gives some useful suggestions in detail,which can be used as reference for similar prefabricated residential projects to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
