摘要
在型钢混凝土结构的施工中,钢筋与型钢柱的连接方式是结构施工质量、工期控制的重点。双螺纹钢筋接驳器的应用不仅能够保障梁柱钢筋布置和连接,还能够解决梁柱主筋在节点位置的错综复杂关系提高施工进度和结构安全性等问题。相较于传统技术提前排料,并将粱柱端部钢筋采用焊接固定在型钢构件搭筋板上,该技术减少了焊接量,避免了焊接产生的有害气体影响施工人员健康、环境污染及存在安全隐患的高处焊接工作,极大地提高了刚接安装的施工安全。
In the construction of steel concrete structure,the connection mode between steel bar and steel column is the key point of control of construction quality and time limit.The application of the connector can not only ensure the arrangement and connection of the beam and column reinforcement,but also solve the complex relationship between the beam and column main reinforcement at the joint position and improve the construction progress and structural safety.Compared with the traditional technology,the material is arranged in advance,and the steel bar at the end of the beam column is welded on the lap bar plate.The technology reduces the amount of welding,avoids the harmful gas generated by welding to affect the health of construction personnel and environmental pollution and the high welding work with hidden safety risks,and greatly improves the construction safety of rigid installation.
