高层建筑劲性钢骨柱施工技术分析

摘要 高层建筑是现代城市中不可或缺的一部分,而钢结构作为高层建筑的主要支撑结构,其施工技术是至关重要的一环,其中,劲性钢骨柱作为钢结构中的重要构件,具有其独特的特点和优点,对高层钢结构施工具有极大的帮助。论文以商业(一期)项目为研究对象,首先分析了高层钢结构建筑钢骨柱的技术特性及重难点,提出了高空焊接、核心区钢筋排布等难点及具体应对措施;接着阐述了劲性钢骨柱的施工工艺流程,首先是钢骨柱的加工制作,其次是钢骨柱的吊装,最后是钢骨柱的校正。 High-rise buildings are an indispensable part of modern cities,and steel structure as the main supporting structure of high-rise buildings,its construction technology is a crucial link,among which,the rigid steel bone column as an important component in the steel structure,has its unique characteristics and advantages,and has great help for the construction of high-rise steel structure.Taking the commercial(phase I)project as the research object,this paper first analyzes the technical characteristics and major difficulties of the steel skeleton column of high-rise steel structure building and puts forward the difficulties and specific countermeasures such as high-altitude welding and steel bar arrangement in the core area.Then the construction process of the rigid steel bone column was explained,first of all,the processing and production of the steel bone column,followed by the lifting of the steel bone column,and finally the correction of the steel bone column.Finally,this paper proposes some improvement measures aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the construction of rigid steel columns in high-rise buildings.
