沉浸式体验联合基于CDIO理念的翻转课堂提高手术室护士临床教学质量的研究

Research on improving the clinical teaching quality of operating room nurses through immersive experience combined with fl ipped classroom based on CDIO concept

目的探讨在手术室实习护理学生中应用沉浸式体验联合基于CDIO理念教学的翻转课堂教学方案对护生学习效果、教学质量及教学满意度的影响。方法选择2021年度与2022年度手术室新进实习护生为研究对象,按照实习护生进入科室的时间先后顺序分为对照组(2021年度新进护生共计32名)与观察组(2022年度新进护生共计34名)。对照组采取常规的手术室护士临床教学方案(依照教学大纲内容,包括理论与实践操作两个教学部分),观察组以常规教学为基础实施沉浸式体验联合基于CDIO理念的翻转课堂临床教学方案。对比两组护生的理论与实践考核得分、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、共情能力及对教学方案的满意度评价。结果观察组护生理论考核与技能考核得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生自主学习能力与批判性思维能力比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生共情能力量表各维度得分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学质量的总满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沉浸式体验联合基于CDIO理念的翻转课堂教学方案能够提高手术室护生的自主学习能力与批判性思维能力,提高其考核成绩与共情能力,护生对教学方案的满意度更高,且通过创新教学方案,护生的共情能力也提升。

Objective To explore the impact of applying immersive experience combined with fl ipped classroom teaching program based on CDIO concept teaching on learning effectiveness,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of nursing students during operating room internships.Methods Newly recruited nursing students in the operating room in 2021 and 2022 were selected,and divided into a control group(32 newly recruited nursing students in 2021)and an observation group(34 newly recruited nursing students in 2022)based on the order of their entry into the department.The control group received conventional clinical teaching for operating room nurses(following the content of the syllabus,including both theory and practical operation),while the observation group implemented an immersive experience combined with a fl ipped classroom clinical teaching program based on the CDIO concept,in addition to the conventional teaching.A comparison was made between the two groups in terms of theoretical and practical assessment scores,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,empathy ability,and satisfaction with the teaching program.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-directed learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The each dimension scores of empathy ability scale of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Moreover,the overall satisfaction of teaching quality among nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The immersive experience combined with the fl ipped classroom teaching program based on the CDIO concept can enhance the self-directed learning ability and critical thinking of operating room nursing students.It also improves their assessment scores and empathy,leading to higher satisfaction with the teaching program among students.Moreover,the empathy ability of the nursing students is enhanced through the innovative teaching plan.
