高校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命。以党的先进理论为指导,完善高校党建与思想政治教育工作,加快建设高素质的高校党员队伍,推进构建高质量的高校教育体系,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的首要前提,是旗帜鲜明培育时代新人的重要保障。从协同育人、发展创新和融合统一的维度明晰高校党建与思想政治教育工作的关系,梳理两者高度一致的共同思想渊源与本质属性,进一步从实践角度探究高校党建与思想政治教育工作的育人范式,从而更加深刻地阐释了立德树人根本任务下党对教育事业全面领导的重要性。

Colleges shoulder the important mission of educating people for the Party and the country.Guided by the advanced theories of the Party,improving the Party building and ideological and political education work in colleges,accelerating the construction of high-quality Party member teams in colleges,and promoting the construction of high-quality college education system are the primary prerequisites for running good socialist colleges with Chinese characteristics,and an important guarantee for cultivating new generations of the times with a clear flag.The paper clarifies the relationship between Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the dimensions of synergistic cultivation,development and innovation,and integration and unification,sorts out the common ideological origins and essential attributes that are highly consistent between the two,and explores the cultivation paradigm of Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities from a practical perspective,thereby more profoundly explaining the importance of the Party’s comprehensive leadership over the education cause under the fundamental task of moral education.
