综采工作面小煤柱留设及注浆加固技术研究

摘要 针对晋能控股装备制造集团长平煤业有限责任公司保护煤柱宽度留设过大、资源浪费、回采巷道变形严重等问题,分析了煤帮锚网兜及巷道底鼓的成因,采用现场实测和数值模拟的方法,综合确定小煤柱宽度为6.0 m,并提出小煤柱注浆加固控制方案。现场指标验证:小煤柱巷道围岩控制效果良好。 In response to the problems of excessive width of the protective coal pillar,resource waste,and severe deformation of the mining roadway in Changping Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,the causes of coal side anchor mesh pockets and roadway bottom bulge were analyzed.Using field measurement and numerical simulation methods,the width of the small coal pillar was comprehensively determined to be 6.0 meters,and a grouting reinforcement control plan for the small coal pillar was proposed.On site indicator verification:The surrounding rock control effect of the small coal pillar roadway is good.
