摘要
为解决受上覆煤层遗留煤柱叠加应力影响造成盘区大巷失稳变形问题,通过现场矿压数据监测与分析,掌握盘区大巷变形规律。现场采用煤帮“浅—深”孔交替注浆加固,配合帮部锚索补强支护+底板注浆锚杆(索)补强支护联合加固方式。工程实践表明:巷帮注浆加固+锚索补强+底板注浆锚杆(索)加强支护有效控制了巷道变形,满足盘区大巷安全生产需求。
In order to solve the problem of instability and deformation of the panel roadway caused by the superimposed stress of the residual coal pillar in the overlying coal seam,the deformation mechanism and law of the panel roadway are mastered through the monitoring and analysis of the field rock pressure data.At the site,the coal sides are reinforced by alternating grouting of shallow and deep holes,combined with reinforcement support by side anchor cables and bottom plate grouting anchor rods(cables).Engineering practice has shown that grouting reinforcement,anchor cable reinforcement,and bottom plate grouting anchor rod(cable)reinforcement effectively control the deformation of the roadway and meet the safety production needs of the main roadway in the panel area.
