红庆河煤矿深部大采高工作面强矿压显现和应力调控研究

摘要 针对深部大采高开采上覆岩层运动导致的来压强烈问题,以内蒙古仲泰能源有限公司红庆河煤矿3^(-1)401工作面胶运顺槽为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场实测方法,对强矿压显现特征和应力调控技术展开研究。结论:深部厚硬顶板工作面出现支架过载后安全阀开启和巷道大变形破坏的强矿压显现,工作面前方可以划分为应力急剧升高区、应力跌落区和应力缓慢降低区,支承压力影响范围55 m,应力集中系数1.62;应力急剧升高区和应力跌落区是控制重点区域,提出水力压裂切顶调压机理和技术措施,现场应用取得了良好围岩控制效果。 In response to the problem of strong overburden pressure caused by the movement of overlying rock layers during deep and high mining,this study focuses on the conveyor belt roadway in the 3^(-1)401 working face of Hongqinghe Coal Mine.Theoretical analysis and on-site measurement methods are used to study the characteristics of strong mining pressure and stress control techniques.The conclusion is as follows:In the deep thick and hard roof working face,there is a strong mining pressure manifestation caused by the overload of the support,which leads to the opening of the safety valve and the large deformation and damage of the roadway.The working face can be divided into a zone of rapid stress increase,a zone of stress drop,and a zone of slow stress decrease.The range of influence of the support pressure is 55 meters,and the stress concentration coefficient is 1.62;The areas of rapid stress increase and stress drop are the key areas for control.The mechanism and technical measures of hydraulic fracturing top cutting pressure regulation have been proposed,and on-site application has achieved good control effects on surrounding rock.
