Design of Two Sides Bolt Drilling Rig Installed behind Digging and Anchoring Integrated Machine

针对目前掘锚一体机在中低型矿山支护作业时最下方帮锚杆钻孔困难问题,研发了掘锚一体机后置两帮锚杆钻机。该锚杆钻机能够在掘锚一体机进行截割作业时同步进行最下方锚杆支护作业,有效提升了掘锚一体机的采掘支护效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。

In view of the difficulty of drilling the bottom side bolt when the digging and anchoring integrated machine is working in the middle and low type mine,a two sides bolt drilling rig installed behind digging and anchoring integrated machine was developed.The bolt drilling rig can carry out the bottom bolting operation at the same time when the digging and anchoring integrated machine is cutting.It effectively improves the mining support efficiency of the digging and anchoring integrated machine,and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
