摘要
针对薄煤层、大倾角、智能化工作面斜切进刀过程中,巷道起伏性较大,易发生局部飘绳问题,设计了一种针对性的飘绳锁紧装置。该装置在原有刮板输送机和电缆槽的基础上进行设计,不仅能够极大节省生产成本,还能保证钢丝绳在拖曳过程中不会出现局部飘绳问题。根据煤矿井下实际应用,飘绳锁紧装置在保证拖缆小车和电缆夹正常移动的前提下,既能保证传递的连续性和可靠性,又能有效解决局部飘绳问题,保证生产安全性,提高生产效率,具有较高的应用价值。
A targeted floating rope locking device was designed to address the large undulation of the roadway during the inclined cutting process of thin coal seam,large inclination angle,and intelligent working face,which can easily cause local floating rope problem.This device is designed on the basis of the original scraper conveyor and cable tray,which can not only greatly save production costs,but also ensure that the steel wire rope will not have local floating rope problems during the dragging process.According to the practical application in coal mine,the floating rope locking device can ensure the continuity and reliability of transmission while ensuring the normal movement of the towing trolley and cable clamp.It can also effectively solve local floating rope problems,ensure production safety,improve production efficiency,and has high application value.
