摘要
为了解决矿井深部区域高瓦斯难抽煤层抽采工作量大、抽采效果差的问题,提出了采用超高压水力割缝技术强化煤层瓦斯抽采。该技术可充分改变煤体结构,增加透气性,改善抽采效果。基于ZGF-100(A)型超高压水力割缝成套装备,以小宝鼎煤矿12393-2工作面作为试验区,开展了顺层钻孔水力割缝抽采效果考察试验。结果表明:在采用合理的水力割缝技术参数下,割缝组相较于普通组瓦斯抽采浓度提高约1.02倍,抽采纯量提高约2.36倍,抽采达标时间缩短约54.2%,抽采效果显著。
In order to solve the problem of heavy workload and poor extraction efficiency in high gas and difficult to extract coal seams in deep areas of the mine,proposed the use of ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting technology to enhance coal seam gas extraction,which can fully change the coal structure,increase permeability,and improve extraction efficiency.Based on the ZGF-100(A)ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting complete equipment,taking the 12393-2 working face of Xiaobaoding coal mine as the experimental area,a test was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of hydraulic seam cutting and extraction through layer drilling.The results show that with the use of reasonable hydraulic slotting technical parameters,compared to ordinary group and hydraulic slotting group,the concentration of gas extraction boreholes has been increased by about 1.02 times,the pure amount of extraction has been increased by about 2.36 times,and the time for reaching the extraction standard has been shortened by about 54.2%,which has an obvious effect.
