摘要
主要研究了掘进机的智能故障诊断系统、振动频谱分析预测系统、远程智能控制系统。采用传感器对液压系统、电机等重要部件进行监控;利用振动传感器对重要机械结构件进行振动频谱分析,展示部件剩余使用寿命;利用无线通信和视频监控系统进行远距离遥控。保证煤炭高效智能化安全开采。
Mainly studied intelligent fault diagnosis system,vibration spectrum analysis and prediction system,and remote intelligent control system of roadheader.The sensor was used to monitor the hydraulic system,motor and other important components.Used vibration sensor to analyze the vibration spectrum of important mechanical structural parts,and show the remaining service life of the parts;Used wireless communication and video monitoring system for remote control.It ensures efficient,intelligent and safe coal mining.
