摘要
为分析悬臂式掘进机称重平台的功能实现和称重结果准确性,同时评价掘进机称重平台用于悬臂式掘进机质量参数试验的可行性、测量不确定度评定,通过以往开发称重系统的技术积累,设计了掘进机称重系统。通过分析不确定度来源,构建测量模型,结合实际机型称重试验评定不确定度。结果表明,掘进机称重平台结构合理,功能先进,称重精度高,适应于各种吨位掘进机验证试验,是掘进机理想的质量参数测试设备。
In order to analyze the functional implementation and the accuracy of the weighing results of the weighing platform of the roadheader,at the same time,to evaluate the feasibility and measurement uncertainty evaluation of the roadheader weighing platform used for quality parameter testing of cantilever roadheader,designed a weighing system for roadheaders based on the accumulated technology of developing weighing systems in the past.By analyzing the sources of uncertainty,constructed a measurement model,and evaluated the uncertainty by combining it with actual roadheader weighing tests.The results show that the weighing platform of the roadheader has a reasonable structure,advanced functions,high weighing accuracy,and is suitable for verification tests of various tonnage roadheaders.It is an ideal quality parameter testing equipment for roadheader.
