梭式矿车装载系统用小型高压泵容积效率影响因素研究

Study on Influence Factors of Volume Efficiency of Small High Pressure Pump Used in Shuttle Mining Truck Loading System

针对传统梭式矿车不具备自行装载的功能,提出了一种具有自装载功能的新型梭式矿车,设计了一种适用于梭式矿车装载系统的小型高压柱塞泵,对小排量高压柱塞泵在高转速、大负载工况下的容积效率较低的问题进行研究。研究结果表明:闭死容积大小对容积效率的影响最为关键;不同转速下,随着闭死容积的减小,转速对容积效率的影响增大;同一闭死容积结构,负载压力越大,容积效率越低。

In view of the traditional shuttle mining truck does not have the function of self-loading,put forward a new type shuttle mining truck with self-loading function,designed a miniaturization high pressure plunger pump suitable for shuttle mining truck loading system.For small displacement high pressure plunger pump in high speed and large load condition,the problem of low volume efficiency was studied.The research results shows that the size of the closed volume has the most critical impact on volume efficiency.At different speeds,as the closed volume decreases,the impact of speed on volume efficiency increases.The same closed volume structure,the higher the load pressure,the lower the volume efficiency.
