Analysis of Mechanical Processing Technology and Design of Special Fixture for Power Head Box

以某型煤矿用钻机动力头箱体为研究对象,通过零件图样分析和工艺分析,从加工经济性的角度,制定一套具备实用性的加工工艺方案,设计了专用夹具以便于零件的装夹和加工,并通过了实际生产验证。

Taking the power head box of a certain type of coal mine drilling as the research object,a set of practical processing technology scheme was worked out from the point of view of processing economy by means of the analysis of part drawings and technology.A special fixture was designed to facilitate the clamping and machining of parts,and passed the actual production verification.
