悬臂式掘进机快速掘进技术与装备

摘要 悬臂式掘进机在国内煤矿巷道掘进中应用广泛,存在掘、支、锚、运工序不匹配和用人多、工人劳动强度大、智能化程度低等问题。以工序机械化、功能集成化、设备成套化、运行自动化为出发点,重点介绍了机载锚杆钻机技术、掘进系统配套技术、工作面辅助运输技术和智能控制技术等,通过相关技术的匹配融合提升悬臂式掘进机掘进作业线的工序匹配度和掘、支、锚、运的衔接平衡度,为类似条件下煤矿巷道掘进提供借鉴。 The cantilever roadheader is widely used in the excavation of coal mine roadway in China,and there are problems such as mismatch of excavation,support,anchor and transportation process,many employment,high labor intensity of workers and low degree of intelligence.Taking process mechanization,functional integration,equipment integration and operation automation as a starting point,mainly introduced the mounted bolt drilling rig technology,excavation system matchting technology,working face auxiliary transportation technology and intelligent control technology.Through the matching fusion of the related technologies,increases the process matching degree and the connection balance of excavation,support,anchor and transportation,which provides a reference for coal mine roadway excavation under similar conditions.
