折弯翼缘剪切型钢板阻尼器力学特性研究分析

摘要 针对目前剪切型钢板阻尼器翼缘根部焊缝处容易断裂问题,本文试验模型采用一种折弯结构形式的翼缘,并提出一套适用于折弯翼缘剪切钢板阻尼器的基本性能参数(弹性刚度、屈服荷载、屈服位移)理论计算式;然后通过Abaqus有限元建模,模拟阻尼器单调加载和滞回受力性能,模拟结果显示腹板应力分布均匀,全截面基本屈服,阻尼器整体稳性良好;最后对设计的阻尼器进行足尺试验,包括阻尼器的基本力学和疲劳性能,基本力学试验中滞回曲线面积饱满,且与模拟滞回曲线吻合度高,试验结果表明阻尼器屈服承载力、屈服位移和弹性刚度的计算值、有限元分析值和试验结果基本吻合,最大误差为5.83%;低周疲劳试验结果表明折弯结构有效解决了翼缘端部的断裂失效问题,提高了阻尼器的抗疲劳性能,且疲劳曲线平滑饱满,重合度高,表明其疲劳稳定性好,耗能能力强。 Aiming at the problem that the welding seam at the root of the flange of the shear steel panel damper is easy to fracture,a new damper with bending flange was adopted in the test model in this paper,and the theoretical values of performance parameters such as elastic stiffness,yield capacity and yield displacement for a shearing steel plate damper with bending flange are obtained from theoretical analysis.Then,monotonic and hysteretic loading of new dampers were simulated by finite element analysis,which shows that stress distribution in the web is uniform and almost all the panel is yielded,besides,a stable performance is also appeared.Finally,luffing loading and low-cycle reversed loading tests on the full-scale specimen were carried out,the hysteresis curves with full area in experiments exhibit a same feature with those of finite element simulation.The results show that the experimental values of yield force,yield displacement and elastic stiffness agree with those obtained from theory and numerical simulation,and the maximum error of those is 5.83%.The low cycle reversed loading test indicate that the new damper with bending flange effectively solves the problem of failure at the end of the flange and improves the anti-fatigue properties of the damper.The fatigue curve is smooth and full,indicating that the new damper has stable hysteretic capacity and excellent energy dissipation.
