2023年12月22日,中国国家博物馆举办“全国博物馆馆长论坛”。与会馆长回应时代关切,就“习近平文化思想与博物馆文化使命”“智慧博物馆建设”“中国特色博物馆学理论建设”三个分论题展开交流,对新时代中国博物馆面临的机遇和挑战进行热烈讨论,进一步明确博物馆的职责使命,为推动博物馆事业高质量发展凝聚共识、作出积极贡献。

On December 22, 2023, the National Museum of China held the “National Museum Directors Forum”. The attendees exchanged views on “Xi Jinping's Thought on Culture and Museum's Cultural Mission”, “Smart Museum Construction”, “Theoretical Construction of Museology featuring Chinese Characteristics”, responding to concerns of the times. The discussion further clarified museum's responsibilities and missions, consolidated consensus, promoting positive contributions for high-quality development of the museum sector.
