少数民族档案是我们了解少数民族发展历史、文化风俗习惯的重要参考来源。《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》为少数民族档案文化资源开发与利用提供了新方向与思路。结合国家文化数字化战略的具体内容,基于少数民族档案文化资源重塑的价值视角,将其划分为文化遗产与档案治理、数字记忆与社会效益两层融合角度,从战略政策、科技创新与资源内容三个方面分析国家文化数字化战略下少数民族档案文化资源重构的契机,并基于资源整合、开发与利用三个模块构建国家文化数字化战略的少数民族档案文化资源重构的逻辑框架。

Ethnic minority archives are an important reference source for us to understand the development history and cultural customs of ethnic minorities.The proposal of"Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of National Culture Digitization Strategy"puts forward new directions and ideas for the development and utilization of ethnic minority archives cultural resources.Based on the specific content of the national cultural digitization strategy,from the perspective of the value of the reconstruction of ethnic minority archival cultural resources,it can be divided into two aspects:cultural heritage and archive management,digital memory and social benefits,and the opportunities for the reconstruction of ethnic minority archival cultural resources under the national cultural digitization strategy will be analyzed from three aspects:strategic policy,scientific and technological innovation and resource content.Based on the three modules of resource integration,development and utilization,the logical framework is constructed,which realizes the reconstruction of the national cultural digitization strategy of ethnic minority archives cultural resources.
