桥梁后张法预应力钢绞线伸长量深度分析

摘要 在高速铁路、普通铁路、公路、市政道路的桥梁箱梁、T梁、空心板梁、连续梁生产过程中预应力张拉这一关键工序中,判断预应力加载是否准确的指标是钢绞线伸长量,在长期施工中不断累计分析,从各方面归纳其影响要素,出现偏差后分析其中原因,通过对比消除误差,从而正确反映伸长量数值,最终达到对梁体张拉的精准控制。 This paper introduced the key process of prestressed tension in the production process of common bridge box beams,T-beams,hollow slab beams and continuous beams in high-speed railways,ordinary railways,highways and municipal roads.The index to judge whether prestressed loading is accurate is the elongation of steel strand,which is continuously accumulated and analyzed in long-term construction.The influencing factors are summarized from various aspects,and the reasons are analyzed after the deviation.The error is eliminated by comparison,so as to accurately reflect the elongation value,and finally achieve the accurate control of the beam body tension.
