濒危药材铁筷子生态适宜性区划研究

摘要 目的预测濒危药材铁筷子在我国的生态适宜性分布区,筛选影响其生长分布的主要生态因子,为铁筷子野生资源的保护和引种驯化栽培选址提供参考。方法收集铁筷子在我国分布的样点信息,利用最大熵模型和地理信息系统软件分析影响铁筷子分布的主要生态因子,预测其生态适宜性分布区。结果影响铁筷子生长发育的主要生态因子主要有4、10、12月份降水量,最冷月最低温度,温度季节性变化标准差,最暖月最高温度等。高适宜区主要集中分布在四川西北部、甘肃东南部、陕西南部、湖北西北部和重庆北部。结论本研究结果可为铁筷子引种驯化栽培区的选择及野生资源保护提供参考。 Objective To predict the ecological suitability zoning of the endangered medicinal material Helleborus thibetanus Franch in China;To screen the main ecological factors affecting its growth and distribution;To provide reference for the protection of wild resources of Helleborus thibetanus Franch and the site selection of introduction and domestication.Methods Sample information of distribution of Helleborus thibetanus Franch in China was collected.The main ecological factors affecting the distribution of Helleborus thibetanus Franch were analyzed by MaxEnt model and geographic information system software,and the ecological suitability areas were predicted.Results The main ecological factors affecting the growth and development of Helleborus thibetanus Franch were precipitation in April,October and December,the lowest temperature in the coldest month,Standard deviation of temperature seasonality and the highest temperature in the warmest month.The suitable growth areas were mainly distributed in northwestern Sichuan,southeast Gansu,southern Shaanxi,northwestern Hubei and Northern Chongqing.Conclusion The results of this study can provide reference for the selection of cultivated areas and the protection of wild resources of Helleborus thibetanus Franch.
