中医全程管理卵巢癌思路探析

Exploration on Whole Course Management of TCM for Ovarian Cancer

卵巢癌的中医全程管理从未病先防、既病防变2个角度出发。预防方面审病求因、把握摄生,避寒、畅情志、调整生活方式;急病阶段从围手术期与化疗期不同的不良反应入手,急治其标以改善症状、减毒增效;维持治疗阶段治病求本,辨证论治,以提高患者生存质量,延长生存期。本文分阶段探讨中医全程管理卵巢癌思路,并附验案一则。

Whole course management of TCM for ovarian cancer runs through prevention before disease onset and preventing transformation.The prevention of ovarian cancer should identify the cause of the disease,pay attention to health preservation,avoid cold,adjust mood and lifestyle.During the acute phase of the disease,attention is given to addressing different adverse reactions associated with the perioperative and chemotherapy period,the goal of emergency treatment is to improve symptoms,reduce toxicity,and increase efficacy.During the maintenance treatment stage,seeking the root cause of the disease and treating it based on syndrome differentiation can improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period of patients.In this paper,we aim to explore the TCM whole-process management approach for ovarian cancer in different stages and includes a case study for illustration.
