针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍机制研究进展

Research Progress in the Mechanism of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-stroke Dysphagia

吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见的并发症,易引起误吸、营养不良等,增加患者死亡风险,严重危害其身心健康和生存质量。针刺治疗可代偿性重塑部分神经功能,临床疗效显著。本文对近年针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍机制研究进行梳理,从针刺修复脑损伤、调节吞咽反射、协调吞咽诸肌运动、调节吞咽相关神经递质分泌等方面进行综述,为针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍相关研究提供参考。

Dysphagia is a common complication after stroke,which can easily lead to aspiration,malnutrition,etc.,increase the risk of death of patients,and seriously harm their physical and mental health and quality of life.Acupuncture treatment can compensatively reshape part of nerve function,with remarkable clinical efficacy.This article sorted out recent studies on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia,and reviewed acupuncture in the aspects of repairing brain injury,regulating swallowing reflex,coordinating the movement of swallowing muscles,and regulating the secretion of neurotransmitters related to swallowing,so as to provide reference for the related studies on the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.
