针刺治疗化疗后周围神经病变研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy

疼痛、麻木、肌无力、感觉异常等周围神经病变是化疗的常见不良反应,严重影响癌症患者的生存质量和疾病预后。针刺可以安全、有效地改善此类周围神经病变症状。本文总结不同针刺方法在该病中的临床应用,并从下调离子通道表达水平及功能活性、下调谷氨酸水平、调节蛋白激酶水平、抑制氧化应激反应等方面对针刺治疗化疗所致周围神经病变的可能作用机制进行综述。

Pain,numbness,muscle weakness and paresthesia are common adverse reactions of chemotherapy induced-peripheral neuropathy(CIPN),which seriously affect the quality of life and the prognosis of cancer patients.Acupuncture can safely and effectively improve the symptoms of such peripheral neuropathy.This article summarized the clinical application of various acupuncture methods in treating CIPN.Additionally,it reviewed the possible mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of CIPN,in terms of down-regulation of the expression level and functional activity of ion channels,down-regulation of glutamate levels,regulation of protein kinase levels,and inhibition of oxidative stress,etc.
